William H. Stoller was the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Express Employment International. A trailblazer in the staffing industry, Bill began his career in 1973 as a consultant trainee with Acme Personnel Services, where he quickly advanced through leadership roles before co-founding Express.
 

Beyond Express, Bill served as CEO of The Stoller Group, owning multiple Express Employment Professionals, Express Healthcare Staffing, and Specialized Recruiting Group franchises across Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. His entrepreneurial vision extended into other ventures including Xenium HR, Stoller Family Estate, Chehalem Winery, and Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum.
